Wayne Finley, Esq.

Founding Partner, Chief Executive

Wayne Finley brings over 20 years of CRE finance experience to the Seisin team, leading the firm’s acquisitions and deal sourcing efforts. Wayne is also the founder of BluFin Development, a multifamily housing developer and Owner’s Rep firm, responsible for over 1,200 units of housing in the New York City area.  Prior to BluFin Development, Wayne worked within the real estate debt capital markets division at Morgan Stanley for 10 years, involved with the securitization of commercial mortgage pools for the firm’s CMBS offerings.  

Wayne received his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law (admitted to NYS Bar ’94), and a BS in Finance from Hofstra University, after starting his undergraduate studies at Howard University.  

Jordyn Finley

Chief Operating Officer, Head of Development and Research

Jordyn Finley brings research and operations expertise to Seisin Realty Capital, as head of the firm’s research and development efforts. Jordyn is a partner at BluFin Development, working with clients to lead the firm’s redevelopment efforts. Prior to Seisin, she oversaw the operations processes for a 248-unit affordable housing complex in Brooklyn, driving instrumental changes to rent collection systems, and worked on improved management solutions to increase cashflows and reduce delinquencies. Jordyn also oversaw regulatory compliance practices and worked as a liaison with HUD and HPD on tenant relations. 

Jordyn holds an academic background that integrates real estate development and psychology, giving her a unique perspective and multidimensional approach to problem solving. She spent considerable time on research during her education, receiving a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development and Urbanism from the University of Miami with a focus on Complex Deal Transactions, and a BS in Psychology from the University of Miami. 

Taylor Finley

Partner

Taylor Finley has investment, consulting, and research experience across real estate debt and distressed corporate investing. At Berkeley Research Group (BRG), Taylor worked on developing capital structure solutions and turnaround strategies for distressed corporate entities. Prior to that, Taylor spent several years at PGIM Private Capital where she provided debt financing for commercial real estate acquisition, construction, and refinancing projects. Additionally, Taylor worked in the structured finance department at S&P Global, on their RMBS, analyzing the risk of qualified and non-qualified mortgage pools, and co-authoring six research reports on the US residential real estate industry. Taylor is currently pursuing an MBA at Columbia Business School with a concentration in Real Estate Finance. She earned her BS in Corporate Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
