Founded in 2012, Seisin Realty Capital is a real estate investment firm with a concentration on affordable housing, market-rate multifamily, and hospitality. With a Core-Plus and Value-Add focus, we target investment opportunities in submarkets across the US East Coast and Caribbean. Leading from a vantage point of expertise, our firm is guided by 20 years of solid leadership experience in asset management, syndicating deals within private partnerships, and a 10-year institutional background in investment banking, CRE finance, and corporate restructuring. 

We believe that lasting partnerships are built on a foundation of strong results and delivered promises. With a 60-year family history of serving and developing communities, our founding Partners leverage deep roots in New York City’s affordable housing space to give our partners assurance that our strategies are time-tested and surviving across economic cycles.

What We Do

Our firm operates as a syndicator and General Partner, managing the acquisitions, development and asset management processes across affordable and market-rate multifamily, and hospitality sectors. Seisin’s leadership has formed trusted partnerships on multifamily projects over the last 14 years, leading to the completion of over 1,200 units of affordable housing across New York City and the management of a 20-property multifamily portfolio.

Seisin Realty Capital currently targets expansion of the firm to diversify our investment ventures across mixed-use and hospitality sectors in national and international markets.

Our team is well-versed in researching, interpreting and analyzing market data, leading to trend-focused decision-making. Our risk and variance analyses form the basis of our decisions. 

Our firm's leadership places significant importance on good investor relationships and wants to ensure that we've done everything to manage the deal well and deliver on promises. Our Partners invest a significant portion of personal capital into the deal, sharing in the risks with our clients. 

With strong expertise in syndicating Tax Credit deals and government subsidized partnerships, we specialize in complexity.

Six hundred years ago, clods of dirt were exchanged amongst a lord to his tenant, a symbolic act of exchanging land ownership and it’s legal possession in what was known as seisin. Our goal is to increasingly incorporate technology in ground-up development and redevelopment opportunities that deliver energy efficiency and employ practices that are aimed at reducing environmental impact. We target practices that are the most cost-effective in order to do well for investors and communities alike. 

We also take a significant commitment to positive social impact, with a core focus on minority leadership. As a woman and minority owned firm, we have seen time and time again that excellence is achieved and creative strategies birthed when diverse groups are poured into.
